You don’t need a printer—simply request a return online, follow the emailed instructions, and drop your package at any authorized carrier.
Refunds & Credit Notes
- 90‑Day Returns: Full‑price items can be refunded or exchanged within 90 days of receipt.
- Sale & Discounted Items: 14‑day window for returns from the date you receive them.
- Credit Notes: If you prefer a store credit instead of a refund, contact our Customer Care team.
Note: International orders are currently not exchangeable.
Non‑Returnable Items
- Monogrammed or customized clothing
- Worn clothing
- Items with labels removed
Lune & Soleil Collection: To receive a refund, please include the original wrapping cloth with your return.
How to Return

- Place the unworn item and any original accessories into its original packaging.
- Use the prepaid label sent by email and drop off at your nearest carrier.
